The GPUs are owned by a Dutch cooperative. A separate Dutch infrastructure company holds the operational contracts. There is no foreign parent above either of them.

Leeghwater, our first plant, is a 1 MW plant inside NorthC in the Netherlands: 16 racks, 860 kW, 512 GPUs. A dedicated NL-based team runs it from the Netherlands, part of them in the building.

Why are you sovereign?
Your contract is with a Dutch entity, under Dutch and European law. The GPUs are owned by a Dutch cooperative, the plant is run from the Netherlands by a dedicated NL-based team, and the orchestration software runs on our own hardware. No US provider holds your data, so the US CLOUD Act does not reach it.
The GPUs are not European. How is that sovereign?
Sovereignty is not a claim about the country of manufacture. There is no European GPU at this performance level today, so the real questions are who owns the machines once they are bought, who operates them and whose law applies. AI Mills owns them, a Dutch-based team runs them, and Dutch law governs the contract.
